AzTU applies the recruitment, selection and contracting process for all university employees using the best national and international recruitment mechanisms. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\">AzTU duly respects the labor union rights of its employees. All contracted employees become the members of the Independent Trade Union of Azerbaijan Education Employees (ITUAEE) <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">(<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\"><u>https:\/\/atiahi.org\/en<\/u><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">).<\/span> The University also has the Trade Union Committee, the internal advocacy organization of the University employees to represent them <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">(<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #00ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aztu.edu.az\/sub_site\/az\/hemkarlar-ittifaqi-komitesi-72\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\"><u>https:\/\/www.aztu.edu.az\/sub_site\/az\/hemkarlar-ittifaqi-komitesi-72<\/u><\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">).<\/span> The template of the recent collective agreement signed between the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan (MOSE) and the ITUAEE covers the period of 2021-2023 <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><u>(<\/u><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #00ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/atiahi.org\/pages\/huquqi-baza-bas-kollektiv-sazis\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\"><u>https:\/\/atiahi.org\/pages\/huquqi-baza-bas-kollektiv-sazis<\/u><\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><u>)<\/u><\/span>.
