Organized by the Department of Economics and Statistics of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU), “What is the profession of human resources management?” for students studying in the 3rd and 4th year of the management specialty, as well as masters studying in the MBA program. An online webinar was held on the subject.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Laura Hamidova, the founder of “Fireworks” company, trainer for the SHRM International Certification program, brought to the attention of the students the nuances that should be paid attention to when building a successful career, the rules of behavior at the interview stage, important points in preparing a CV form and other information.<\/p>\n

In addition, methods of obtaining competencies and certificates necessary for students who want to work in the direction of human resources have also been brought to attention.<\/p>\n

At the end of the webinar, students’ questions were answered.<\/p>\n
