The Head of the Information Security Research Center (B\u0130LGEM) at the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (T\u00dcB\u0130TAK), Ali Gorchin, visited Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU). During his visit, he met with AzTU\u2019s Rector, Vilayat Valiyev, and other university representatives.<\/p>\n

Rector Vilayat Valiyev highlighted AzTU\u2019s ongoing initiatives in the fields of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, emphasizing the importance of collaboration with B\u0130LGEM in these areas. Ali Gorchin underscored the critical role of information security in today\u2019s world and stressed the need for developing new cybersecurity products. He expressed interest in fostering cooperation between B\u0130LGEM and AzTU, particularly at the master\u2019s and doctoral levels.<\/p>\n

Ali Gorchin proposed implementing joint certification programs between AzTU and B\u0130LGEM, as well as establishing partnerships with Turkish universities. He also assured B\u0130LGEM\u2019s support for co-supervised master\u2019s and doctoral programs. The discussions included plans to enhance students\u2019 knowledge in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity by providing internship opportunities at B\u0130LGEM.<\/p>\n
