Central Office of the New Azerbaijan Party (NAP), &#8220;Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting&#8221; Closed Joint Stock Company, and the State Commission for the Fight against Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotics, in accordance with the Joint Action Plan of the Permanent Working Group at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU)\u00a0 &#8220;Say no to bad habits, choose a
