A meeting was held to strengthen cooperation between the Azerbaijan Metrology Institute (AzMI) and Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU).<\/p>\n

During the meeting, participants were briefed on AzMI\u2019s areas of activity, calibration and verification capabilities, and ongoing laboratory improvements. Proposals were made to facilitate internships for AzTU students at the bachelor\u2019s, master\u2019s, and doctoral levels at AzMI, as well as to encourage them to publish their scientific articles in AzTU\u2019s scientific journal.<\/p>\n

Additionally, discussions focused on potential collaborations, including the creation of a joint scientific journal, the co-organization of scientific conferences, and the development of joint training programs. Views were also exchanged on training initiatives and seminars conducted as part of the \u201cAzMI Academy\u201d project.<\/p>\n

After the meeting, attendees toured AzMI\u2019s laboratories, where they inspected facilities for measuring the kinematic viscosity of liquids, mass, volume, medicine, resistance, time and frequency, distribution parameters, and radio frequency power measurements.<\/p>\n
