Within the framework of International Coaching Week<\/em> organized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)<\/strong> under the slogan “Inspire, Transform, Flourish”<\/strong>, a large-scale event was held for the first time in Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n

These annual events aim to showcase the positive impact of coaching on individuals, organizations, and communities<\/strong> across the globe.<\/p>\n

The event began with the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan<\/strong> and brought together officials, members of parliament, university leaders, and top coaching professionals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

AzTU Rector Vilayat Valiyev<\/strong> welcomed the guests and emphasized coaching’s importance in modern education and management<\/strong>, highlighting its role in both personal and organizational development<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

ICF Chair Ebru Kaya Caymaz<\/strong> stressed coaching’s role in unleashing personal potential<\/strong> and building self-confidence<\/strong>, while ICF Events Director Aytan Shikhalieva<\/strong> spoke about the significance of local and international collaboration for mutual learning and long-term impact.<\/p>\n

Parliamentarians Arzu Naghiyev<\/strong>, Parvin Karimzada<\/strong>, and Sevinc Huseynova<\/strong> emphasized coaching\u2019s role in improving societal well-being, education, and human capital<\/strong>, and called for further support of this field.<\/p>\n

The event included two panel discussions<\/strong> and speeches from 14 speakers<\/strong>, including heads of state and private institutions and renowned coaches. Discussions focused on coaching\u2019s role in personal and organizational development, leadership, motivation, and change management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Sponsors were officially thanked, and a gift ceremony<\/strong> was held where 10 randomly selected participants received special gifts from sponsoring companies.<\/p>\n

The event was well-received and seen as a sign of growing interest and potential for coaching in Azerbaijan<\/strong>, led by the ICF’s global initiative.<\/p>\n
