A meeting was held with the first-year students of the Faculty of Information Technology and Telecommunications at the <\/span>Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU)<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology and Telecommunications, Dr. Leyla Mammadova<\/b>, provided information about the faculty\u2019s activities, academic programs and specializations, skill development opportunities, and career prospects \u2014 including collaborations with <\/span>IT Academies<\/b> and <\/span>Code Academy<\/b>. She also spoke about upcoming <\/span>hackathons, startup competitions, projects, and exchange programs<\/b>. Dr. Mammadova emphasized that the main goal of the faculty is not limited to sharing scientific knowledge but also to <\/span>cultivating responsible and patriotic citizens<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Academic Advisor Ms. Safa Asadova<\/b> informed the students about the credit system applied in higher education and other important academic matters.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vice Dean for International Relations Ms. Ayten Movsumova<\/b> and <\/span>Vice Dean for Social Affairs, Public Relations, and Infrastructure Ms. Ulviyya Karimova<\/b> also addressed the students, sharing relevant information within their respective areas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Director of the Library and Information Center Ms. Khayala Hajiyeva<\/b> provided an overview of the facilities and resources available at the center.<\/span><\/p>\n

Head of the Communications Department Mr. Safa Baghirov<\/b> shared his thoughts on the effective organization of students\u2019 social activities and invited talented students to join the new clubs that will be established.<\/span><\/p>\n
