A meeting was held to explore opportunities for expanding cooperation between the Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) and SOCAR.<\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting was attended by AzTU Rector Vilay\u0259t V\u0259liyev and university representatives, as well as SOCAR\u2019s Vice President\u2019s Assistant Ayt\u0259n F\u0259rz\u0259liyeva, Head of the Talent Management and Business Partnership Department \u00dclk\u0259r Behbudova, Human Resources and Business Partnership Manager of SOCAR \u201cDownstream Management\u201d N\u0259rmin Abdullayeva, and Head of the Recruitment Department of the Head Office H\u0259mid \u0130srafilov.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rector Vilay\u0259t V\u0259liyev shared information on recent projects at AzTU and highlighted the activities carried out within the framework of university-industry collaboration. The discussion focused on several cooperation directions, including organizing students\u2019 practical training at SOCAR enterprises, implementing joint research projects, facilitating knowledge exchange between faculty members and professionals, and jointly organizing seminars and training sessions.<\/span><\/p>\n

SOCAR\u2019s Vice President\u2019s Assistant Ayt\u0259n F\u0259rz\u0259liyeva presented information about the company\u2019s \u201cYoung Talents\u201d program and the opportunities created for universities. She also shared data on AzTU graduates\u2019 participation in SOCAR internship programs and their subsequent employment outcomes.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties discussed the signing of a memorandum of understanding to formalize their mutual cooperation.<\/span><\/p>\n
