Technical University (<\/span><b>AzTU<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) and \u201cMIT Academy\u201d Limited Liability Company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The purpose of the memorandum is to strengthen <\/span><b>university-industry cooperation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, enhance the practical knowledge and skills of students and graduates, as well as ensure the training of qualified personnel in accordance with the requirements of the labor market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The document also provides for the improvement of technological processes related to production, the conduct of <\/span><b>joint scientific research<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and the implementation of joint initiatives aimed at identifying and meeting future personnel needs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The parties have reached an agreement on improving curricula and specialty programs in line with labor market demands, organizing direct meetings with students and graduates within the framework of career fairs and career days organized by the university, as well as holding joint conferences,
