The internationally renowned German quality assurance agency, AQAS (Agency for Quality Assurance through Accreditation of Study Programmes), has completed the international accreditation process for a total of 20 study programs at the university, including 10 bachelor\u2019s and 10 master\u2019s programs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the international program accreditation process, a delegation of international experts from AQAS conducted four field visits to AzTU. The 20 programs under accreditation were grouped into four clusters according to their content and specialization:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Electrical Engineering<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 October 29\u201331, 2025<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Computer Engineering and Information Technologies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 December 8\u201310, 2025<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mechanical Engineering<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 January 14\u201316, 2026<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Transport and Logistics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 January 21\u201322, 2026<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During accreditation, the content of the curricula, alignment with labor market demands, level of cooperation with industry, development of students\u2019 practical skills, teaching and learning processes, professionalism of academic staff, material and technical resources, student-centered approaches, assessment mechanisms, and the functioning of the internal quality assurance system were thoroughly analyzed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AQAS experts positively evaluated the reforms implemented at AzTU, the structuring of study programs, and the university\u2019s continuous improvement approach, while also providing recommendations for further enhancement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It should be noted that programs accredited by AQAS are recognized within the European Higher Education Area. This will significantly contribute to the international recognition of AzTU graduates\u2019 diplomas, expansion of student and faculty exchange opportunities, and strengthening the university\u2019s position in international rankings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The results achieved clearly demonstrate AzTU\u2019s policy of continuous quality assurance and its purposeful steps toward integration with international standards. In the future, AzTU will continue its strategic development by expanding the international accreditation of study programs and further improving the quality of higher
