The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan has approved new regulations ensuring the issuance of state education documents in a fully electronic format. The adopted decision aims to accelerate digitalization in the education system, organize document circulation based on modern electronic governance principles, and significantly increase the accessibility of public services for citizens.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the new decision, the Cabinet of Ministers\u2019 Resolution No. 82 dated 29 April 2010 is repealed and replaced with new mechanisms aligned with digitalization and e-government principles. Diplomas, certificates, attestations, and their supplements for higher education, secondary specialized education, vocational education, and general education levels will be generated as legally valid electronic documents. Thus, the entire process of issuing state education documents is transferred to a fully digital environment.<\/span><\/p>\n
