The project was implemented by <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Baku Design Academy<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a Global Training Partner of Microsoft and the official distributor of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certiport<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in Azerbaijan, with the support of AzTU\u2019s Institute of Information Technologies in Education and Methodological Support.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main objective of the initiative was to enable academic staff to obtain internationally recognized certification, support their professional development, and at the same time strengthen the university\u2019s performance indicators related to academic staff development in international rankings. The project contributes to enhancing modern pedagogical and digital skills of educators and to the formation of teaching competencies aligned with international standards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Overall, a 56-hour preparation program (including trainings, webinars, and seminars) achieved a success rate of 92.5 percent.
