An excursion was organized for <\/span>4th-year students<\/b> of the <\/span>Mechanical Engineering program<\/b> at the <\/span>Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy<\/b> of <\/span>Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU)<\/b>. The event was coordinated by the <\/span>Department of Mechanics<\/b> and the <\/span>Student Trade Union Committee (STUC)<\/b>, and took place at <\/span>Hidroservice Engineering LLC<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The main purpose of the excursion was to allow students to <\/span>apply theoretical knowledge gained in classes<\/b>, familiarize themselves with a <\/span>real production environment<\/b>, and study <\/span>technological processes<\/b> firsthand.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bakhytar Ganbarov<\/b>, Director of the company, <\/span>Sabuhi Jabbarli<\/b>, Chief Engineer, and <\/span>Ismail Ismail<\/b>, Associate Professor at the Department of Mechanics, provided students with detailed information about the company\u2019s <\/span>production areas, operational principles of the equipment, and innovative engineering solutions<\/b> applied on-site. Students also had the opportunity to learn about <\/span>mechanical design, material processing, organization of technological lines, and safety requirements<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the excursion, participants discussed <\/span>increasing the number of such practical trips<\/b> to further enhance students\u2019 skills. Additionally, an agreement was reached on the possibility of <\/span>conducting some open lessons directly at the enterprise<\/b> for relevant courses.<\/span><\/p>\n
