At the <\/span>Faculty of Special Equipment and Technology<\/b> of <\/span>Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU)<\/b>, an important stage in the transition to <\/span>ISO 21001:2018 \u2013 Management System for Educational Organizations<\/b> was carried out. The external audit was conducted by <\/span>Yeshim Dincher<\/b>, Quality Manager and Lead Auditor for ISO 21001 at <\/span>STAREGISTER International Inc.<\/b>, and <\/span>Shamo Muradov<\/b>, Director of <\/span>INCERT Certification Company<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the opening meeting, <\/span>AzTU Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Nurali Yusifbayli<\/b>, welcomed the guests and emphasized the significance of adopting the ISO 21001 standard. He highlighted that this process represents a major step toward enhancing the <\/span>quality of educational services<\/b>, and indicated that subsequent phases will involve the implementation of additional international standards.<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout the day, auditors evaluated the faculty\u2019s <\/span>management system, educational processes, documentation standards, and internal operational mechanisms<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the closing meeting, auditors praised the faculty\u2019s efforts. <\/span>Lead Auditor Yeshim Dincher<\/b> noted that the management processes implemented at the faculty are aligned with <\/span>ISO 21001 requirements<\/b>, and reported positive preliminary audit results.<\/span><\/p>\n

AzTU Rector Vilayat Valiyev<\/b>, attending the closing session, emphasized the importance of selecting the Faculty of Special Equipment and Technology as a <\/span>pilot unit<\/b> for this process. He stated that successful implementation of the standards significantly contributes to the <\/span>management culture and quality of education<\/b> at the faculty, and indicated that the standard could be progressively applied across other university structures in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting concluded with <\/span>mutual exchange of ideas and productive discussions<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
