The training sessions, organized for students of partner universities, started at <\/span><b>Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program, developed by Nar\u2019s Human Resources department, provides students in technical fields with knowledge about career opportunities in the telecommunications sector, recruitment processes, and the skills required in real work environments. The training will be conducted in two stages over the semester and will involve a total of 40 participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before the training, <\/span><b>Ozgur Genc<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, CEO of Nar, met with the students. He highlighted the leading role of technical professions in today\u2019s world and noted that the demand for skilled specialists in this sector is higher than ever.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nar collaborates with universities in the capital and regions to develop professionals for Azerbaijan\u2019s telecommunications market.
