Training on \u201cThe Impact of Financial Literacy on Career Success\u201d Held at AzTU<\/b><\/p>\n

A training session on <\/span>\u201cThe Impact of Financial Literacy on Career Success\u201d<\/b> was held at the <\/span>Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU)<\/b> through a joint initiative of the <\/span>Career and Employment Center<\/b> and <\/span>AccessBank<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The goal of the training was to strengthen students\u2019 personal financial management skills, support the development of proper financial behavior, and explain the role of financial decision-making in future career growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the session, students from the Faculty of Industrial Economics and Management received important information from <\/span>Khumar Huseynova<\/b>, Head of the Education and Development Division at AccessBank, and <\/span>Ilhama Rustamli<\/b>, Head of the Business Partnership Division.<\/span><\/p>\n

The training also provided students with an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of financial literacy in daily life and professional development through real-life examples, practical exercises, and interactive discussions.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the session, students\u2019 questions were answered.<\/span><\/p>\n
