At Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU), a workshop was held as part of the “Application of Artificial Intelligence in Precision Agriculture” project, organized by the Agrarian Innovation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture. The event holds significant importance for expanding digital approaches in the agricultural sector and promoting knowledge exchange among specialists from various fields. AzTU Rector Vilayət Vəliyev, speaking at the event, emphasized the necessity of integrating modern high technologies into agriculture today. He noted that such projects create a bridge between science, technology, and production, contributing to the country’s sustainable food security.
