Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov held a meeting with representatives of the Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations’ Union (ATGTI) and Student Youth Organizations (TGTs).
The purpose of the meeting was to support student initiatives, ensure their participation in decision-making processes, and create opportunities for them to contribute to the state youth policy.
The meeting, held in Sumgayit city — designated as the “Youth Capital 2025”, was attended by Ruslan Ganbarov, the chair of the Student Youth Organization at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU), and deputy chair Nigar Hasanova. During the discussion, participants talked about activities implemented by ATGTI with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, proposals and initiatives put forward by TGTs, upcoming projects for youth, and a presentation was given on student engagement in sports activities.
