A “Capture The Flag” (CTF) cybersecurity competition was organized at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) by the Department of Cybersecurity and the “CyberDEV” cyber club. The event was attended by students studying in the field of information security.
The goal was to develop practical skills among students interested in cybersecurity, enhance critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and improve teamwork skills.
Participants in the CTF competition completed tasks in various areas such as open-source intelligence, reverse engineering, digital forensics, and cryptanalysis.
Such competitions play an important role at AzTU in identifying talented youth in cybersecurity and forming teams that will represent the university in national and international CTF competitions.
