A “Pedagogical Mastery” week was held at the Department of Cybersecurity to enhance the teaching knowledge and skills of the faculty members.
The purpose of the event was to improve the quality of education by encouraging department instructors to engage in discussions and training sessions with their colleagues on various aspects of pedagogical mastery.
During the training sessions, topics such as the application of innovative teaching methods, integration of digital technologies into the teaching process, new practical training methodologies and pedagogical technologies, assessment and monitoring of learning outcomes, conflict resolution in pedagogy, psychological foundations of teaching, teacher models, mastery in managing the emotional state of teachers, and ways to enhance the pedagogical professionalism of young educators were discussed using effective methods, real pedagogical scenarios, and best practices.
