Twelve students from Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) will study abroad during the spring semester of the 2024/2025 academic year under the “Erasmus+ KA171” exchange program.
Specifically, bachelor’s students from the “Sabah” groups Yunus Həşimov and Ayaz Bağırzadə will study at Sapienza University of Rome in Italy; bachelor’s students from the Faculty of Information and Telecommunication Technologies Ülviyyə Məmmədova and Saməddin Hüseynli will study at Ankara University and Fırat University in Turkey, respectively; bachelor’s student Sahib Bağırzadə from the same faculty will study at Technical University of Cluj-Napoca in Romania; bachelor’s students Səbinə Əsgərzadə and Elvin Hüseynov from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics will study at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University and Gazi University in Turkey, respectively; bachelor’s student Mirəli Verdiyev from the same faculty will study at Brandenburg University of Technology in Germany; and bachelor’s student İsirafil Şiriyev from the Faculty of Economics and Management will study for one semester at Bucharest University of Economic Studies in Romania.
Additionally, master’s students from the Higher Education Institution, Həmidə Zeynalzadə and Romil Məsimov, will undertake a 2-month internship at Bursa Technical University in Turkey, while Nihad İbrahimov will intern at Istanbul Okan University.
AzTU Rector Vilayət Vəliyev met with the students and wished them success in their studies and future endeavors.
