“Synergia Academy” and “Facility Management Group” (FMG) companies, together with Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) and Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, presented a new program supporting the career development of young people.
The program aims to support the professional activities of Azerbaijani youth aged 18-30 with higher education and to provide them with employment opportunities at various business and commercial facilities under FMG.
In his opening speech at the event, AzTU Rector Vilayət Vəliyev emphasized the relevance of such projects. He spoke about the importance of aligning university programs with industry demands and deepening cooperation with the industry to support students’ career development.
Later, Akif Qasımov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, Rəna Əfəndiyeva, Executive Director of Synergia Academy, and İlham Allahverdiyev, Executive Director of FMG, expressed that the program will contribute to Azerbaijan’s economic development by creating career opportunities for young people.
It should be noted that the “From Education to Career” program, initiated jointly by Synergia Academy and FMG, aims to prepare youth according to modern professional requirements and strengthen their long-term career prospects.
