A meeting was held with the first-year students admitted to the Faculty of Special Equipment and Technology for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Dean of the Faculty, Associate Professor Yadullah Babayev, congratulated the students on their achievement and emphasized that the Faculty of Special Equipment and Technology is the only one in the region preparing highly qualified specialists for the defense industry. He underlined that the importance of the defense industry continues to grow in light of new global challenges, and encouraged students to be active in their studies, to remain motivated for lifelong learning, and to act responsibly in their academic journey.
Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Goshgar Rasulov, also addressed the students, extending congratulations on their admission and wishing them success in their first academic year.
At the end of the meeting, Deputy Dean for Social Affairs, Public Relations, and Infrastructure, Amin Mammadov, delivered a presentation. He provided students with detailed information about the university’s course organization mechanisms, the credit system, and other important aspects of academic life.
