The event, organized for faculty representatives of the Student Trade Union Committee (STUC) and the Student Youth Organization (SYO), as well as other active members, aimed to increase students’ awareness and understanding of the capital market and strengthen their knowledge of responsible management practices.
The session was delivered by Pərvin Hajiyeva, Senior Lecturer at AzTU, who introduced students to the core principles and objectives of corporate governance, corporate social responsibility (CSR), codes of ethics and professional conduct, as well as the management of conflicts of interest and related issues.
Participants were later divided into teams and engaged in discussions around the topic, fostering collaboration and critical thinking.
