This year marks 22 years since the passing of Heydar Aliyev, the architect and founder of modern independent Azerbaijan, a world-renowned statesman, and the nation’s National Leader.
On December 12, the staff and faculty of Azerbaijan Technical University (AZTU) and Turkey-Azerbaijan University (TAU) visited the National Leader’s grave at the Alley of Honor.
The visit also paid respect to the prominent ophthalmologist and scholar, academician Zarifa Aliyeva, honoring her memory and contributions.
