In accordance with the memorandum of cooperation signed between the State Service for Special Communication and Information Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SRICIS) and Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU), masterclasses are organized for AzTU students every semester.
The latest masterclass focused on “Management and Compliance Approaches in Information Security.” Participants were introduced to key topics, including the establishment of information security management systems, risk management, development of security policies, compliance with international standards, and the cultivation of a security-conscious culture within organizations.
Students and faculty from AzTU’s Department of Cybersecurity attended the session. The audience demonstrated high interest in the topic, and numerous student questions led to interactive discussions.
At the conclusion of the masterclass, information was provided regarding the continuation of the collaboration, upcoming sessions aimed at enhancing practical knowledge, and initiatives to strengthen the professional preparation of cybersecurity specialists.
