Representatives of the Faculty of Special Equipment and Technology of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) met with Associate Professor Mehmet Akkash, Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Kahramanmarash Istiklal University in Turkey.
The Dean of the Faculty of Special Equipment and Technology, Associate Professor Yadullah Babayev, provided information on Mehmet Akkash’s academic and pedagogical activities. He noted that the academic experience developed in Turkish higher education institutions in terms of engineering curricula and course programs holds significant importance for the relevant programs of the Faculty of Special Equipment and Technology.
Mehmet Akkash emphasized the importance of improving the curricula and course syllabi of the Faculty’s programs based on international approaches. He also shared his views on updating the teaching content with a practical focus and expanding laboratory facilities.
