Professor Vaqif Hasanov, Head of the Department of Energy Efficiency and Green Energy Technologies at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU), participated in an international scientific-practical conference held in Uzbekistan. The conference was jointly organized by Samarkand State University of Architecture and Construction and Tashkent State Technical University named after I. Karimov.
At the event, Professor Hasanov delivered a presentation on “Innovative Technologies in Architecture, Engineering, Education, and Environmental Protection”, which sparked engaging discussions among the participants.
During the visit, Professor Hasanov toured relevant departments and research laboratories of both universities. In meetings with administrative heads, concrete directions for future cooperation were identified, including:
- Development of inter-university collaboration
- Implementation of joint projects
- Student and faculty exchanges
- Joint scientific publications
- Participation in international programs
The visit played a significant role in strengthening international scientific relations between departments and exchanging experiences in the application of innovative technologies in engineering.
