During the visit, the delegation toured the University of Indonesia, Jakarta State University, Atma Jaya Catholic University, and BINUS University. Discussions focused on broadening scientific and academic cooperation. Specific collaboration areas were identified based on each university’s priorities, with exchanges on future joint projects.

At the University of Indonesia meeting, Professor Vilayət Vəliyev emphasized AzTU’s commitment to international partnerships through joint scientific projects, student and faculty exchanges, and organizing joint conferences and seminars. The University of Indonesia’s Rector, Professor Ir. Heri Hermansyah, and vice-rectors welcomed these initiatives and expressed interest in cooperation in engineering and information technologies. An MoU was signed to strengthen mutual understanding and cooperation.

At Jakarta State University, discussions included joint educational programs, improvement of engineering teaching technologies, joint research, and internship programs.
