A delegation from the Ministry of Defense Industry (MSN) visited Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU). The purpose of the meeting was to discuss cooperation opportunities in conducting scientific research with faculty members, master’s, and doctoral students working in chemistry and chemical engineering, as well as organizing joint training programs and “bootcamps” in this field.
Rector Vilayət Vəliyev expressed satisfaction with the existing productive collaboration between the Ministry of Defense Industry and AzTU. He emphasized that expanding ties with the Ministry, particularly strengthening the cooperation of the Faculty of Special Equipment and Technology with MSN enterprises, is of special importance for the training of highly qualified engineering personnel.
Representatives of the Ministry of Defense Industry highlighted the significance of the projects jointly implemented with AzTU within the framework of university-industry cooperation. They also provided detailed information on new scientific and innovative projects planned to be launched by MSN in the near future.
During the meeting, both parties engaged in a detailed exchange of views regarding the objectives of the projects, the goals to be achieved, and future directions for collaboration.
It was agreed that the joint launch of the project would take place in the near future.
