Within the framework of cooperation between Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) and Fergana State University (FSU) of Uzbekistan, a delegation of faculty members from FSU’s Departments of Engineering, Economics, and Linguistics (a total of 60 participants) visited AzTU as part of an exchange program.
AzTU Vice-Rector for International Relations Fariz Mammadov provided the guests with information about the university’s activities. The delegation then took part in a training session conducted by Javid Abbasli, a staff member of the Biomedical Engineering Institute, became acquainted with the Library and Information Center, and held meetings on various topics with faculty members and students of relevant AzTU faculties.
During the meetings, representatives of both universities discussed prospects for future joint teaching and research opportunities.
