The meetings, organized and coordinated by the Quality Assurance Department, provided participants with detailed information about the essence, objectives, and stages of the accreditation program. It was emphasized that the program aims to ensure that the teaching process at the university aligns with international standards and contributes to strengthening AzTU’s position in the global arena.
During the discussions, it was noted that the site visit within the program holds particular importance. At this stage, documents will be reviewed, interviews conducted, and on-site evaluations carried out in line with ESG-2015 criteria. The active involvement of both faculty and students in the process, as well as consideration of their feedback and suggestions, was highlighted as a key factor.
The meetings also provided comprehensive explanations about the required documents, reporting materials, and other necessary information to be submitted by faculties and departments. The importance of timely and accurate preparation of documents, as well as ensuring transparency throughout the process, was underlined.
Joining the international accreditation program is expected to enhance the quality of education at AzTU, improve management processes, and expand opportunities for international cooperation. Therefore, organizing and monitoring this process as a team effort is in everyone’s interest, and such meetings are planned to continue regularly.
