Mobile operator Nar has launched a series of professional training programs aimed at preparing skilled specialists for the local labor market. The training sessions, organized for students of partner universities, started at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU).
The program, developed by Nar’s Human Resources department, provides students in technical fields with knowledge about career opportunities in the telecommunications sector, recruitment processes, and the skills required in real work environments. The training will be conducted in two stages over the semester and will involve a total of 40 participants.
Before the training, Ozgur Genc, CEO of Nar, met with the students. He highlighted the leading role of technical professions in today’s world and noted that the demand for skilled specialists in this sector is higher than ever.
Nar collaborates with universities in the capital and regions to develop professionals for Azerbaijan’s telecommunications market. Through this partnership, the company carries out ongoing projects aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of university students.
