The Startup Days event was organized at the Incubation Center of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) in partnership with the “Startup Azerbaijan” platform. The two-day event aimed to develop students’ skills and knowledge in innovative ideas, support the formation of new startup teams, and strengthen the startup ecosystem at the university.
Following the opening ceremony, students presented 43 startup ideas, and after voting, 8 most promising teams advanced to the next stage. These selected teams began working on initial prototypes and business models for their projects with the guidance of mentors.
On the second day, the teams collaborated with mentors — Orkhan Ahmadov, Bahruz Mustafayev, Azer Bayramov, Rasim Abdullayev, and Rashad Aliyev — to further develop their projects. At the end of the day, the teams presented their projects to the jury, which evaluated them based on innovation, technical justification, teamwork, and implementation potential.
Based on the results, the awards were distributed as follows:
- 1st place: “Tibb-X” team
- 2nd place: “Safe Her” team
- 3rd place: “Work Finder” team
The winning teams were awarded diplomas and certificates.
