The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are 17 global objectives adopted by the United Nations in 2015 to guide international efforts toward ending poverty, reducing inequality, and protecting the environment by 2030. They promote a balanced approach to sustainable development by integrating economic growth, social inclusion, and environmental protection. Achieving the SDGs requires global collaboration across sectors and societies. Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) actively contributes to the advancement of the SDGs through its commitment to research excellence, innovative educational programs, and community engagement. The university’s initiatives focus on promoting quality education, developing sustainable energy solutions, driving technological innovation, and supporting inclusive and resilient industrial development.
