A training titled “21st Century Skills for the Labor Market” was held at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU). The training, dedicated to developing knowledge and skills in line with the modern demands of the labor market, was conducted by Ilkana Amirova, an ICF-certified career development coach and TOT-certified trainer. During the session, students were provided with detailed information on key skills required by employers, career planning, personal development, adaptability, effective communication, and critical thinking.
The training was conducted in an interactive format, during which participants’ questions were answered.
