Training on “The Impact of Financial Literacy on Career Success” Held at AzTU
A training session on “The Impact of Financial Literacy on Career Success” was held at the Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) through a joint initiative of the Career and Employment Center and AccessBank.
The goal of the training was to strengthen students’ personal financial management skills, support the development of proper financial behavior, and explain the role of financial decision-making in future career growth.
During the session, students from the Faculty of Industrial Economics and Management received important information from Khumar Huseynova, Head of the Education and Development Division at AccessBank, and Ilhama Rustamli, Head of the Business Partnership Division.
The training also provided students with an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of financial literacy in daily life and professional development through real-life examples, practical exercises, and interactive discussions.
At the end of the session, students’ questions were answered.
