The Department of Foreign Languages ​​of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) organized a cultural and educational event dedicated to the Christmas week in Germany.

The event, organized by the head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Professor Sabina Almammedova, the head teacher of the department, Nilufer Huseynova, and DAAD lecturer Claudio Kasperl, was attended by AzTU first and second year students.

Shoira Nuritdinova, a teacher from the Uzbekistan Pedagogical University, attended the event as a guest.

Shoira Nuritdinova closely familiarized herself with the students' textbooks, lesson planning, and the use of additional educational materials, and at the same time watched the program dedicated to Christmas prepared by them with great interest.

Within the framework of the event, the students provided detailed information about the essence of Christmas in Germany, the stages of preparation for the holiday, the traditions held before Christmas, Christmas sweets and symbols.         

In addition, the students sang Christmas songs and poems in German.
