Projects by an AzTU student brought three medals to Azerbaijan at an international competition.

Safarali Safarli, a graduate of the SABAH groups of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) and currently a master’s student at the university, achieved international success as the head of the national team representing Azerbaijan at the 51st Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions, one of the world’s most prestigious innovation platforms. The exhibition brought together participants from more than 30 countries, featured over 1,000 projects, and attracted more than 10,000 visitors. A total of 5 projects were presented from Azerbaijan, 3 of which were authored by Səfərəli Səfərli. His projects were highly evaluated by the international jury and awarded medals.

As a result, the team led by Səfərəli Səfərli won three medals (gold, silver, and bronze) for Azerbaijan with projects authored by him.

The gold medal-winning project “A.I.N.O.S” is a revolutionary system equipped with laser and high-sensitivity optics, capable of tracking celestial bodies in real time at distances of up to 16.3 parsecs.

The silver medal-winning project “Smart Bed System” is an intelligent bed that uses artificial magnetic field technology to prevent muscle loss in space and perform medical monitoring.

The bronze medal-winning project “S.O.N.I.A” is an AI-based unmanned aerial system capable of operating autonomously for up to 2 hours, designed for search and rescue operations and terrain mapping.
