Energy Research Institute

The Energy Research Institute was established based on the decision of the Scientific Council of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) on February 3, 2021, and the order of the rector of AzTU No. 325 /s dated September 8, 2021.

The main activities of the institute:

The purpose of the institute's establishment is to conduct applied research based on scientific and technological principles in order to automate new energy and technological processes, shape and develop technologies in this field, and support technological development.

Purpose and Duties of the Institute:

Conducting fundamental and applied research in the field of automation of energy and technological processes, attracting leading experts in this field to conduct research and coordinate their activities, monitoring important foreign technologies, research, and development activities to achieve the goal and seeking practical applications.

Contributing to the organization of education based on projects in the field of automation of energy and technological processes.

Training specialized and highly qualified research personnel in the field of automation of energy and technological processes.

Developing and implementing training programs for various organizations in specialized areas.
