Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) has established the Career and Employment Center to support young people in building successful careers and integrating effectively into the labor market. Since 2020, the Center has been operating as a structural unit of the university.

The primary mission of the Career and Employment Center is to assist students and graduates in discovering their interests and abilities, planning their personal and professional development, and shaping themselves as competitive specialists in line with the requirements of the modern labor market. The Center prioritizes the enhancement of young people’s knowledge and skills, the organization of career-oriented activities, the establishment of connections with potential employers, and the expansion of access to labor market opportunities.

AzTU places great emphasis on the professional development of its students, aiming to support their growth into successful specialists and future leaders. This approach contributes to strengthening the university’s alumni network, building sustainable relations with graduates, and fostering a collaborative environment.

The Alumni Association, established to support this purpose, serves to preserve and strengthen the ties between the university and its graduates. By supporting alumni in their career development, maintaining active communication, and highlighting their achievements, the Career and Employment Center helps reinforce solidarity within the AzTU community.

At the same time, students draw inspiration from the success stories of graduates, gain motivation for career planning, and have better opportunities to define their professional paths. The Career and Employment Center is open to all students and graduates, contributing to the university’s mission by supporting their development.
