Azerbaijan Technical University is one of the leading educational institutions in the country in both science and culture. The students of AzTU have always been at the forefront in national-level programs. Bringing together such talented students and creating the necessary conditions for them is one of the primary duties of the Student Trade Union Committee. For this purpose, the Cultural Circle operates under the Committee, providing a dedicated club room for our friendly team, with all facilities created to support them. As a result, our students skillfully perform at national-level events, consistently elevating the name of our University to the highest peaks. A prime example of this is the annual artistic creativity concert dedicated to the cherished memory of national leader Haydar Aliyev, where our University is represented at a very high level and our successes continue to grow every year. Additionally, various events are regularly organized within the university, and during our nation's significant public holidays, the performances of our association's students have proven themselves worthy of the highest praise.
Intellectual circle, operating under the Student Trade Union Committee, brings together the intellectual students of our university and aims to ensure that our university is represented remarkably at the national level in this field. From the beginning of the academic year, new students are informed about the club’s activities during their initial meetings, and bright students are introduced to the club's leader to facilitate their involvement. Among the primary initiatives undertaken is the organization of intellectual games between the faculties of our university, rewarding the winners, and identifying and recruiting intellectual students into the club's staff. It is no coincidence that our intellectual club has found its rightful place among universities and has always been a leader in its field.
The Student Trade Union Committee of Azerbaijan Technical University is dedicated to the efficient organization of students' leisure time through the implementation of numerous projects, among which are various sports events. From the start of the academic year, our University’s Sports Circle, in collaboration with the committee, organizes a series of sports competitions aimed at enriching our students' free time. These include Mini-football, Volleyball, Chess, Table Tennis, Checkers, Wrestling, and Basketball competitions. Initiated at the beginning of the academic year, this initiative continues consistently until the end of the year, facilitating not only the organization of students' leisure time but also the identification, recognition, and rewarding of talented students, and their inclusion in the University team. One of the primary objectives of our committee is the physical and mental development of healthy young individuals, and organizing these competitions regularly is one of our most honorable duties.
