Samir Yusifov, a lecturer at the Department of Electrical Engineering at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU), held a seminar for students on the topic of “Research Methods and the Use of AI”.

The seminar covered the role of research methods in scientific research, the main features of qualitative and quantitative approaches, and practical methods such as questionnaires and content analysis. At the same time, examples of the impact of artificial intelligence on modern research processes, automated data processing, and big data analysis were presented.

The guest of the seminar, IELTS instructor Elshan Gasimli, gave important recommendations for students on the topic.

Within the framework of the training, topics such as formulating a research question, questionnaire design, choosing experimental and descriptive methods, as well as conducting analyses with the support of artificial intelligence were comprehensively explained in order to develop the practical skills of students.

The seminar concluded with a question-and-answer session.
