On April 17, 2025, a seminar on the ISO 21001:2018 – Management System for Educational Organizations Standard was organized at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) by the Quality Association. The event brought together active participation from staff members representing various faculties and structural units of the university.

The main objective of the seminar was to provide detailed information to participants about the core principles, structure, and implementation mechanisms of the ISO 21001:2018 standard, as well as to emphasize its role in the development and enhancement of quality assurance systems in higher education institutions.

During the seminar, presentations were delivered by experts from the Quality Association, showcasing real-world examples and discussing the practical significance of the standard. Participants also engaged in discussions focused on the potential for implementing ISO 21001:2018 at AzTU, and their questions were addressed by the presenters.

At the end of the event, the Quality Assurance Department of AzTU conducted a feedback survey to assess the effectiveness of the seminar. The insights gathered will serve as a reference for improving the quality of future training and awareness activities.
