She graduated from Nakhchivan State University. She got her bachelor degree in 1998 and got her master degree majoring in inorganic chemistry in 2000.

 In 2012, she got the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry.

She started her career in 1999 as a translator in the implementation of the project "Reestablishment of the International Relations Department at Nakhchivan State University" within the Tempus program of the European Council.

Occupied positions:

2000-2005 - Head of the International Relations Department, Nakhchivan State University.

2005-2012 - Chief inspector of the International Relations Department, Nakhchivan State University.

2012-2014 - Senior consultant of Department of International Relations of the Ministry of Education

2015-2018 - Senior specialist of the Accreditation Department of Accreditation and Nostrification Agency

2018-2020 - Director of the International Relations Department, Azerbaijan Technical University

2020-2022 - Head of the Research and development department, Azerbaijan Technical University

2022 - Deputy head of Department for doctoral studies, Azerbaijan Technical University

2023 - Head of Department for doctoral studies, Azerbaijan Technical University

2023 - Head of the Department Materials and Means for Special Purpose, Azerbaijan Technical University

Author of 27 scientific works and several subject programs and gave reports at various international and national scientific conferences.
