President Ilham Aliyev's initiatives to designate 2024 as a year of solidarity for the "Green World" and to host COP29 in Azerbaijan will foster an environment conducive to enhancing the involvement of young people in environmental initiatives. Professor Vilayat Valiyev, the rector of Azerbaijan Technical University, made this statement during his address at the conference held on April 15, focusing on "COP Requirements: Climate Change and Resilience to Natural Disasters."
