Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a Decision on "The reorganization of Azerbaijan Technical University and approval of its Statute."
According to the Decision, Azerbaijan Technical University is reorganized by being converted into a legal entity under public law under the authority of the Ministry of Science and Education Republic of Azerbaijan, and the "Statute of Azerbaijan Technical University" is approved.
The Ministry of Science and Education will take necessary measures for state registration of Azerbaijan Technical University in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On State Registration and State Registers of Legal Technical Persons" within three days from the date of entry into force of this Decision.
