A seminar on anti-drug addiction was held at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU). Gamar Isayeva, director of the Social Development Center of AzTU, said that the danger of drug addiction is a factor that has a great impact on the moral and moral values of human society, has a negative impact on socio-economic development, creates a serious threat to people's lives and health, and causes an increase in crime.

Seminars on anti-drug addiction are regularly organized at the university in order to educate young people about this problem, which seriously worries the world. Police major Kamran Mayilov, an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) Chief Anti-Narcotics Department, and police lieutenant Lumu Israfilli, an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Press Service, spoke about the effects of drug addiction on humanity. It was noted that in the fight against illegal drug trafficking, in addition to the state, every individual in the society should play an active role.

At the same time, the need to expand educational activities in this direction was also specially emphasized. Later, various video clips depicting the dangers and consequences of drug addiction to human life were shown.
